Keyboard Lights Go Disco!
June 11, 20171 min read
Here are the steps to make your keyboard lights go disco…
Open Notepad and type the code given below.
For a random disco, type it as it is:
Set wshShell = wscript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
do
wscript.sleep 100
wshshell.sendkeys "{CAPSLOCK}"
wshshell.sendkeys "{NUMLOCK}"
wshshell.sendkeys "{SCROLLLOCK}"
loop
For a regular disco, type it as it is:
Set wshShell = wscript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
do
wscript.sleep 200
wshshell.sendkeys "{CAPSLOCK}"
wscript.sleep 100
wshshell.sendkeys "{NUMLOCK}"
wscript.sleep 50
wshshell.sendkeys "{SCROLLLOCK}"
loop
- Save only one code per Notepad document, with a name and a
.vbsextension. - Run the saved
.vbsfile. - Watch your Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock lights go disco!
To end it: open Task Manager, find the script's process, select it and click End Task. The disco stops.
Enjoy your disco! 🕺
